The main problem with a collector could have would be the price of these mini-figs Batman Because some of the weird LEGO Batman these sets can be (ie, LEGO Arkham Asylum Set) can be difficult to acquire some of these mini LEGO-out I would suggest figures. checking for bulk LEGO eBay auctions to see if you can come across a vendor with no experience can not know exactly what he / she has. Sometimes these auctions bulk slip through the cracks and can be sold relatively cheap compared with what an individual would pay for Batman mini figure.

As mentioned earlier, the most difficult to acquire is the mini-figures of the LEGO Arkham Asylum Sept. This is because the whole is very difficult to find and some of mini LEGO Batman figures included are exclusive to this set of Sept. The seeker may sell up to $ 300 USD!
