Homersapien just loves dressing up as Homer Simpson! Watch as he says 'Doh!' and other Homer Simpson phrases. Equipped with Krusty burger cup use the controller to make Homersapien pick-up, throw or even kick it!
Homersapien is packed with an awesome number of features made possible by advanced technologies:
Homersapien has fluid motions and gestures: fast dynamic 2-speed walking and turning; full-function arms with two types of grippers.
HomerSapien’s features include over 67 pre-programmed functions, including pick-up, throw, kick, sweep, dance, rap, fart, belch, snore, stretch, sweep and half a dozen different Kung Fu moves, just to mention a few. He also has 28 secret moves and 3 demonstration modes. There is no need to connect Homersapien to a computer as all operations are prompted by ergonomic remote control, (though he does have autonomous interactive skills) and can run on regular alkaline batteries for up to 15 hours.
Homersapien is fully programmable by remote control: he has up to 84 program steps with 4 program modes for advanced operations; programmable “reflexes” to sound and touch stimuli.
How does HomerSapien work?
Instead of using a computer to calculate every movement, HomerSapien is based on biologically inspired analog techniques so his seven motors can move in natural ways. He does have a digital brain but it’s only about as smart as a calculator. His real computation comes from an adaptive suspension design and resonant physics, the result being a fully functional, fast moving robot with and ability to perform the quirkiest sounds and motions.
Requires 4 x D batteries for Homersapien and 3 x AAA batteries for the controller (not included).
