Action Heroes

Who are today's Action Heroes? And/or who will be tomorrow's Action Heroes? I was watching a game show recently and they asked for people to tell who were the best Action Heroes. The answers were: Will Smith, Tom Cruise, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Sylvester Stallone, Harrison Ford, Sigourney Weaver. There were a few other answers (I forget who they were). These guys were really great during the 80s and 90s and even into the new century but they are getting older now (as am I, I've seen most of the movies they were in) and I'm wondering if there are any current or up and coming actors/actresses who will hit it big as Action Heroes? Is Hollywood just not producing enough good talent anymore to create good and memorable Action Movies? Arnie and Sly are definately 80's and 90's only. Harrison has switched audiences, notice he's dragged out for the over 50's movies these days? Sigourney is still around, but not so much action these days, at least not as the lead... Will Smith is still relevant in action (eg Hancock, I am Legend, I Robot) and others. Hugh Jackman is in there with things like the X-Men series, even Australia he was a bit more "action"... Sam Worthington has stepped into action a bit lately. Matt Damon has been doing some action such as the Bourne trilogy. Brendan Fraser is still there. Bruce Willis and Denzel float in and out...

Military Action Figures

On the 17 of June, 1942, G.I. Joe was debuted as a Yankee cartoon soldier made by David Breger in the military's YANK mag.
