Men, when dressing for work that has had an easy life, until recently menswear has evolved over the years with a look that fits the types of men's bodies and activities, and makes most men look great.
Most men look good in a suit, and colors traditional businesses such as blue or gray suit with a white or blue shirt, met most of the men of the skin, hair and eye color.
Then was business casual and a new generation of men in the workplace, and the old rules no longer apply. Gathering all the elements are not as easy as coordination of a suit. It is more difficult in casual dress and look good.
1. Each industry has a dress code. Do you work in a conservative sector, such as finance or insurance? Most likely to wear a suit when meeting clients, and dress down casual on Fridays only.
Moreover, if you work in creative industries such as advertising or design firms, is well have a bit of an edge. But you have to adapt its appearance to an environment work, and choose clothes that suit your body type, color and personality.
And if you work in a high-tech, such as a software design company, the look is very casual. But I still have to look neat and tidy. Grungy is not a business casual look!
2. People watching over you and your customers. What are you using? If your boss or manager to suit almost every day, despite the casual dress code, you should probably do the same. Remember that you should dress for the work they aspire to, not the job you have now.
How to dress your clients? Designed to make them feel comfortable. If you are dressed very occasionally, you can match them, but be sure to be clean and neat. Careless and casual looks are not stingy business!
3. If in doubt, dress. A common rule for business is to dress in traditional business suit for important meetings with foreign businessmen. We still expect to see a suit or jacket when closing a business. Dressed in a suit to meet a new client, or for a job interview, show him respect. Wear traditional business to do business abroad.
If you are staying in the office, you can wear a sweater and casual pants. But jeans are allowed only in the most relaxed. Check with your department human resources if you are unsure what is allowed.
